Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Area
Delivery Area: We ship worldwide.
The delivery time consists of two periods:
1. Processing time (1-3 days): This includes order confirmation, customization, quality inspection and packaging.
2. Delivery time (approximately 5-12 days): This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to its destination.
Postage costs:
We cover all shipping costs for the products on our platform worldwide. All products are delivered to you free of charge. There's no minimum order value required.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, DreamBloom The costs incurred to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct €15 from the refund.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
Lost package / returned package
In the event a package is lost or undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Defective product?
That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. We'll always ship a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we can't issue a refund. If it arrives damaged the second time, we'll refund your full purchase price.
