When can I expect my orders? +

The delivery time consists of two periods:

1. Processing time (1-3 days): This includes order confirmation, customization, quality inspection and packaging.

2. Delivery time (approximately 5-12 days): This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to its destination.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order? +

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the "Track your order" page on the website. If you haven't received anything within three days of the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@dreambloom.nl.

What are the shipping costs? +

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? +

Yes. You can return any order to us within 90 days without giving a reason. To do so, please contact us at support@dreambloom.nl.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code? +

On the "Track my order" page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

My Track and Trace doesn't show any information, how is this possible? +

Track and Trace information is available from the moment your package arrives at the mail order company. Please be aware that there may be some delay. This can occur if the mail order company hasn't yet scanned your package.
