Return Policy

We do our best to deliver products to your liking, but sometimes things go wrong. That's why we offer a 90-day risk-free trial.

Not satisfied? You can return the product within this period in its original condition, with tags attached, and without excessive use.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

  1. Please send us an email in advance to support@dreambloom.nl and let us know you want to return the order or parts of it. The return address is not the same as the address on the shipping label.
  2. If we can accept the return (within the allowed timeframe), please follow the instructions below.
  3. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
  4. Please send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
  5. You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. For international shipments, this can average around €19, depending on the carrier.
  6. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  7. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 7 days via the original payment method .

Products damaged on arrival
Your product may be damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace it. After 14 days, your right to a free replacement expires, and your normal return policy applies.

In case of a serious problem, please email us a photo of the damaged part of the product. It's best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

For defective items we always send a new copy free of charge the first time (within 14 days).

Can I return the product without contacting you?
No, that's not possible. You must contact us before returning the product so we can track the shipment and process it correctly. In some cases, the return address may differ from the order address.

My delivery failed, what now?
If your order hasn't arrived—for example, because PostNL lost it or the address was incorrect—we're here to help. If you still haven't received your order after 21 days, please contact us within 7 days so we can resend it free of charge. If you don't contact us within 7 days, you'll be responsible for the resending costs.

What is not eligible for a refund?

  • Lost returns because the package was not shipped with a trackable and insured service
  • Severely damaged returns due to poor packaging
  • Returns sent to the wrong address
  • Returns outside the period
  • Return costs
